After the implementation of GST, the most important question is who is required to be registered under GST. Following is the list of people required to be registered:
- Taxpayers registered under previous tax laws.
- Whose annual aggregate turnover exceeds 20 lakh rupees. In special category states, this limit is set at 10 lakh rupees.
- Suppliers included in the list provided in Section 24 of CGST Act.
- Anybody willing to register on voluntary basis.
