4. Understand the power of saying yes : They ask you something and you should say Yes first. Go figure how you can do whatever you had promised later, but don't let go of the opportunity to do something for them.
5. Take Feed back: No matter what support or product you industry, you must not ignore to take feedback. Oh yes, it might hurt. But this kind of hurt can be suitable for company. Your people are the most authentic, unbiased and straight-forward individuals when it comes to doing a little bit of analysis as to how your product/service performs.
